Table Time

Finally got back to a table this weekend. Unfortunately, it was with someone who wanted to learn how to play pool, so most of the time I was just going over basics and fundamentals. But I did show off some trick shots. The table played short, but maybe that’s due to the high humidity. Temperatures around here are in the 90s F and the humidity is also pretty high. I’m also working on an article for online-pool, so look for that to appear shortly.

OK, so I haven’t played pool in over a week, so there’s not much to report on as far as that goes. Sometimes, though, it does help to take a break and get away from it all. In the meantime, I’m still working on redesigning my website. It’s a slow process because I can’t commit too much time to it with school and all.
This week was especially busy with a friend in town early in the week and then my girlfriend’s family in town later in the week for her brother’s graduation. And then I have a soccer game and bike ride already planned for this weekend. So I really don’t know when I’ll be at the table again. When I do, there are a couple masse’s I want to try out, hopefully getting them on video, and I might try turning my Tubular Draw Shot into a jump-draw.
